Our Story
The Craft Spot came to life in 2024, thanks to the efforts of "glue gun queen" and DIY enthusiast Erica Clemmons-Dean, who believes that arts & crafts should do more than just fill your shelves—"they should also fill your heart (and maybe your living room) with glitter." Erica's stitched and pasted her love for teaching, creating, and gathering people around a shared table of yarn, paint, and possibility into a place where creativity meets community, and out came Atlanta’s coziest hub for makers, doers, and dabblers alike--The Craft Spot.
Our Studio
Part workshop, part boutique, part creativity explosion—The Craft Spot has a little something for everyone. Need supplies for your next project? We’ve got you covered with everything from fine fabrics and paper goods to beads, glue, and things you didn’t even know you needed (but now absolutely must have).
Our workshops are a total vibe, with hands-on classes in candle-making, crocheting, sewing, painting, and more.
Looking for a fun night out without the hangover? Join us for a casual craft night or themed DIY party. No pressure; just paint, paper and good company.

At The Craft Spot, we don't believe that creativity is exclusive—it’s for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned artist, a weekend hobbyist, or someone who still calls it “arts and craps.” We’ve built a space where people can connect, collaborate, and create without judgment (unless you’re hoarding the glitter—then we might say something).
